I was approached by someone looking for investors for his business idea. He’s asked me to sign a non-disclosure agreement before he shows me the idea. I’m looking to understand the consequences of signing this agreement. Also, I don’t feel comfortable signing agreement for something I know nothing about. What is the logic behind this and should I sign the agreement?
